**All orders are typically processed very quickly, but can take up to 12 business days on busier weeks to be completed (not including pre-orders). After the allotted 12 business days have passed, THEN your order will be mailed.

All shipping inquiries, prior to the 12 business days being passed, need to be directed to USPS. Please, do NOT email us directly regarding where your order is until 12 business days have passed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide! It just may be a little pricey. Our rule of thumb is that if our website lets you complete your checkout, we will ship it to you! 

Is everything on your website designed by you or is it curated from other artists?

Everything you see on DoohickleDesigns.com is 100% designed by Catherine, the owner. If there is artwork on anything, it was drawn in the Doohickle Designs Studio. 

How do you draw your art?

All artwork is designed using an Apple Pencil on the App, Procreate.

Are your die cut stickers waterproof?

Yes, all of our die cut stickers are extremely durable satin vinyl and are 100% water, sun, and dishwasher safe.

However, our sticker sheets are NOT waterproof, they are meant for planners and paper decoration…not for water bottles. Putting them on surfaces that are touched frequently, have exposure to direct sunlight or water is at your own risk.

Do you do commissions?

When did you start your business?

Doohickle Designs LLC was born in May 2020, amidst pandemic boredom. It was a way to have a creative outlet during lockdown and became so much more! 

What part of your business is eco-friendly?

At Doohickle, we work really hard to be as eco-friendly as we can be!

Some ways we are making a difference:

We don’t use any plastics in our packaging and encourage everyone to recycle/reuse any packaging received from us. We do not use plastic poly mailers. We use cardboard boxes or flat mailers only.

We consolidate multiple orders as much as possible, to reduce the amount of excess packaging that goes out to the same location.

We use only 100% compostable cello bags when packaging orders. If you receive a cellophane bag, it is 100% eco-friendly.

All bubble wrap is in its 2nd time in use, meaning, any bubble wrap used in packaging has been sent to us from other companies when receiving inventory and we have given it a second life!
