Shipping + Return Policies

Orders will be processed within 12 BUSINESS days from the date your order was placed. (this means we have up to 12 business days to package your order, THEN it will be shipped) 

Please keep in mind that every order is unique and has different items/quantities. If one customer receives their order before yours, it may be due to the contents of items in your order. Please be assured that all items will still be shipped within the 12 business day time frame. If you do not receive tracking information after the 12th business day, then please send us an e-mail at doohickledesigns@gmail.com 

 If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact USPS so they can best serve you. We don't offer cancellations or changes to orders as they go straight into shipment. Please triple check your sizes and addresses!

International Shipping

*OF NOTE* We are not responsible for any international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost (since, the shipping label was already processed through the post) 

Keep in mind that customs processes differ for every country. Some take longer than others. It may take a month or more to reach its final destination (if traveling internationally).

Pre-Order Shipping:

Orders that contain pre-orders will be held until the pre-order arrives, then all items will be shipped together. If you want some items before the others, please place two separate orders. You are responsible for paying for each separate shipment if you want some items sooner, prior to your pre-order shipment. 

Return and Cancellation Policy

We currently do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds at this time, please double check your items/sizes before completing the checkout process.

We currently do not offer cancellations or changes to orders as they go straight into the shipment process.  If you place multiple orders, we cannot refund additional shipping costs due to the additional items purchased increasing the weight of packages. We may combine orders (if all going to the same address) to save boxes and reduce waste. Any excess shipping cost not used will be refunded back to you, the customer, as a courtesy.
